The Greenlandplast High Speed Plastic Mixing Machine is a versatile unit designed for various plastic processes. It is ideal for batching, mixing, drying, coloring, and more. This machine is specifically suitable for PVC pipe profile production raw material mixing, color masterbatch production, PVC modified granulation, and wood-plastic compounding granulation.

 

Featuring a self-friction and electric heating function, this high speed mixing machine ensures efficient and effective mixing. The lid is sealed with two channels and can be easily controlled pneumatically for opening and closing. The paddle has been treated with dynamic balance, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, the paddle and mixer body parts that come into contact with the raw material are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is mirror polished for enhanced durability and cleanliness.

 

For added convenience, the feeding system of this machine can be customized to include a vacuum feeding system, in addition to the traditional screw feeding mode.
