                                  Greenlandplast SJS65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder For PVC Extrusion 
SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder is a special equipment used for extrusion molding of various PVC powder material ,by equipping with different molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce PVC pipes, door &window profiles, decorative ceiling board &profile, sheets and PVC compounding granulation. Extruder barrel is heated by aluminum casting heaters and cooled by air cooling system. It has advantage of fast and uniform heating transfer, convenient operation and easy maintenance, etc. The screw core adopts an automatic circulating cooling adjustment system to improve efficiency. The screw with the most reasonable structure, can be produced according to different formulas of users to achieve the best plasticizing effect. The gearbox and distribution box adopt first-line brands, and the gear adopts high-quality alloy steel with nitriding treatment. The temperature control system adopts an imported temperature control meter, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1ºC. The speed control system adopts imported brand frequency speed control. The electrical system has various self-diagnostic fault alarm functions and is equipped with current overload protection devices.
