Greenlandplast Double Stage Pelletizing Machine

 

This plastic pelletizing machine is designed for the recycling and granulating of clean and dry waste plastic. It can be used with different feeding and cutting methods, and can also be equipped with a forced feeding system for film scraps materials. The machine is suitable for recycling and pelletizing various types and properties of materials, including PE, PP, ABS, PS, PC, PA, PVC, and more.

 

The machine features a specially designed screw feeder or belt conveyor for fast and stable feeding of recycled plastic. It is wear-resistant and has natural exhaust holes and a vacuum system to effectively drain water from the material. The extruder is equipped with a cast aluminum or ceramic heater for durability. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an automatic hydraulic screen changing system, resulting in cleaner and higher quality particles.

Extrusion System

The screw barrel is made of 38CrMoAl material with nitrided treatment, ensuring durability and longevity.
