The Greenlandplast Plastic Films Washing and Recycling Machine Agriculture Film Recycling Plant is designed to efficiently recycle waste HDPE/LDPE/PP film, bags, and woven bags. The production line includes a conveyor system for seamless material transfer, a crushing unit with water for effective processing, a rinsing system to ensure cleanliness, a high-speed friction washing system for thorough cleaning, a dewatering system to remove excess moisture, and a drying system for optimal results. Additionally, it features a collection and packaging system for convenient handling of the recycled materials.
To further enhance the dewatering process and improve customer economic benefits, the drying part of the production line can be equipped with Greenlandplast's latest film squeezing compactor machine or film squeezing dryer. By eliminating the need for a separate dewatering and electric heating system, this addition significantly reduces power consumption and increases the dewatering rate.
