This production line consists of several essential components, including an extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, spray cooling tank, tractor, cutting machine, and turning frame. The extruder and tractor feature frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing for precise control and efficient operation.
The hauling machine is available in various modes, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, and ten-claw, depending on the pipe specifications. The cutting machine offers multiple cutting options, including saw blade cutting, chipless cutting, and planetary cutting. With PLC control, the cutting machine can achieve fixed length cutting for enhanced accuracy.
For customers requiring 16-110mm pipes, the manufacturer usually includes a winder/coiling machine to conveniently pack the pipes.
