The Greenlandplast High Speed PVC Mixing Machine is a versatile unit designed for various plastic processing needs. It is ideal for batching, mixing, drying, coloring, and other processes involved in PVC pipe and profile production, as well as the preparation of color masterbatch production, PVC modified granulation, and wood-plastic compounding granulation.

 

Featuring a self-friction and electric heating function, this high speed mixer ensures efficient and thorough mixing. The lid is sealed with two channels and can be easily controlled pneumatically for opening and closing. The paddle has been treated with dynamic balance, and parts of the paddle and mixer body that come into contact with raw materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is mirror polished for enhanced durability and cleanliness.

 

In addition to the traditional screw feeding mode, this mixing machine can also be equipped with a vacuum feeding system as per customized demands. This allows for greater flexibility and efficiency in the feeding process.
