The HDPE Flakes Washing Machine is designed for efficient recycling of waste HDPE/LDPE/PP bottles, drums, and pallets. It offers a complete production line that includes a conveyor, crushing (with water), rinsing, high-speed friction washing, dewatering, drying, and collection and packaging systems.
To enhance the crushing process and increase the overall output, the production line can be equipped with either a single shaft shredder or a double-shaft shredder, depending on the size and difficulty of the raw materials. This ensures a higher final output for the entire production line.
