The HDPE pipe production line from Zhangjiagang Greenlandplast Machinery Co., Ltd is designed for the efficient production of agricultural water supply and drainage pipes, construction and drainage pipes, and engineering cable laying pipes. This production line consists of an extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, spray cooling tank, tractor, cutting machine, turning frame, and more.
The extruder and tractor are equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing for precise control of the production process. The hauling machine offers various modes, including two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, and ten-claw, to accommodate different pipe specifications. The cutting machine provides options for saw blade cutting, chipless cutting, or planetary cutting, ensuring clean and accurate cuts. The PLC control system enables fixed length cutting for enhanced efficiency.
For customers requiring pipe sizes ranging from 16mm to 110mm, a winder/coiling machine is available to neatly pack the pipes, facilitating storage and transportation.
