The HDPE Flakes Washing Machine is designed for the recycling of waste HDPE/LDPE/PP bottles, drums, and pallets. It offers a comprehensive production line that includes a conveyor, crushing (with water), rinsing, high-speed friction washing, dewatering, drying, and collection and packaging systems.
To enhance the efficiency of the crushing process, a single shaft shredder or double-shaft shredder can be optionally installed before the crusher. This increases the output of the crusher, resulting in a higher overall production line output.
