The Greenlandplast PE Film Washing Recycling Line is designed to efficiently recycle waste HDPE/LDPE/PP film, bags, and woven bags. It offers a comprehensive solution for crushing, washing, and recycling these materials.

The production line consists of various components:

• Conveyor: Transports the waste materials to the next stage of the process.


• Crushing (with water): Breaks down the film, bags, and woven bags into smaller pieces.


• Rinsing: Removes any remaining dirt or impurities from the crushed materials.


• High-speed friction washing: Further cleans the materials using friction.


• Dewatering: Removes excess water from the washed materials.


• Drying: Ensures the materials are completely dry before further processing.

The drying part of the production line can be equipped with Greenlandplast's latest film squeezing compactor machine or film squeezing dryer. These additions significantly improve the dewatering rate, reduce power consumption, and enhance customer economic benefits. By eliminating the need for a separate dewatering and electric heating system, the overall efficiency of the recycling process is increased.
