The Greenlandplast High Speed PVC Mixing Machine is a versatile unit designed for various plastic processing needs. It is specifically used for batching, mixing, drying, coloring, and other processes involved in PVC pipe and profile production, as well as the preparation of color masterbatch production, PVC modified granulation, and wood-plastic compounding granulation.
This high speed mixer features a self-friction and electric heating function, ensuring efficient and precise mixing. The lid is sealed with two channels, controlled pneumatically for easy operation. The paddle has been treated with dynamic balance to ensure stable performance. Additionally, parts of the paddle and mixer body that come into contact with raw materials are made of 304 stainless steel, providing durability and easy cleaning with its mirror polished finish.
In addition to the traditional screw feeding mode, the feeding system can also be customized with a vacuum feeding system to meet specific requirements.
