This production line consists of an extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, spray cooling tank, tractor, cutting machine, turning frame, and more.
The extruder and tractor feature frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing for precise control. The hauling machine offers various modes, including two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, and ten-claw, depending on the pipe specifications. The cutting machine can perform saw blade cutting, chipless cutting, or planetary cutting, providing flexibility for different requirements.
With PLC control, the cutting machine can achieve fixed length cutting, ensuring accurate and consistent pipe lengths. For customers requiring 16-110mm pipes, a winder/coiling machine is available to conveniently pack the pipes.
