The Greenlandplast PE Film Washing Recycling Line is designed for the efficient recycling of waste HDPE/LDPE/PP film, bags, and woven bags. It offers a comprehensive production line that includes a conveyor, crushing (with water), rinsing, high-speed friction washing, dewatering, drying, and collection and packaging systems.
For enhanced dewatering, the drying part can be equipped with the latest film squeezing compactor machine or film squeezing dryer. This feature significantly improves the dewatering rate, reduces power consumption, and enhances customer economic benefits by eliminating the need for a separate dewatering and electric heating system.
The production line scheme can be customized to meet the specific pollution state of the customer's raw material and the quality requirements of the finished product.
