This production line includes a conveyor system, crushing unit with water, rinsing system, high-speed friction washing system, dewatering system, drying system, and collection and packaging systems.
To enhance the dewatering process and improve efficiency, the drying part can be equipped with the latest film squeezing compactor machine or film squeezing dryer. This addition eliminates the need for a separate dewatering and electric heating system, resulting in reduced power consumption and improved economic benefits for customers.
The production line scheme can be customized according to the pollution state of the customer's raw material and the quality requirements of the finished product.
