It operates on the screw extrusion principle to squeeze dry and semi-plasticize the materials, resulting in semi-plasticized flakes that can be directly used in the pelletizing line. This not only increases the capacity of the pelletizing line but also improves the quality of the pellets. The machine can be connected to the washing line, offering a high degree of automation.
