The HDPE pipe production line from Zhangjiagang Greenlandplast Machinery Co., Ltd is designed for efficient production of agricultural water supply and drainage pipes, construction and drainage pipes, and engineering cable laying pipes. This production line consists of an extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, spray cooling tank, tractor, cutting machine, turning frame, and more.
The extruder and tractor feature frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing for precise control of the production process. The hauling machine offers various modes, including two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, and ten-claw, to accommodate different pipe specifications. The cutting machine can be equipped with saw blade cutting, chipless cutting, or planetary cutting, providing flexibility and versatility in pipe cutting.
With PLC control, the cutting machine ensures accurate and consistent fixed length cutting, meeting the requirements of various pipe sizes. Additionally, for customers in need of 16-110mm pipes, a winder/coiling machine is available to conveniently pack the pipes.
