This plastic pelletizing machine is designed for the recycling and granulating/pelletizing of clean and dry waste plastic. It can be equipped with different feeding methods and cutting methods, and by installing a forced feeding system, it can also be used for pelletizing film scraps materials. The machine is suitable for recycling and pelletizing various types and properties of materials, including PE, PP, ABS, PS, PC, PA, PVC, and more.
The machine features a screw feeder or belt conveyor to feed recycled plastic to the extrusion system. The screw is specially designed for pelletizing recycled materials, ensuring fast and stable feeding and wear resistance. The machine also includes natural exhaust holes and a vacuum system to effectively drain water from the material. The extruder is equipped with a durable cast aluminum or ceramic heater. Additionally, an automatic hydraulic screen changing system is included to produce cleaner and higher quality particles.
