Greenlandplast Double Stage Pelletizing Machine
 

This plastic pelletizing machine is designed for the recycling and granulating/pelletizing of clean and dry waste plastic. It can be equipped with different feeding methods and cutting methods, and by installing a forced feeding system, it can also be used for pelletizing film scraps materials. The machine is suitable for recycling and pelletizing various types and properties of materials, including PE, PP, ABS, PS, PC, PA, PVC, and more.

 

The machine features a screw feeder or belt conveyor to feed recycled plastic to the extrusion system. The screw is specially designed for pelletizing recycled materials, ensuring fast and stable feeding and wear resistance. The machine also includes natural exhaust holes and a vacuum system to effectively drain water from the material. The extruder is equipped with a durable cast aluminum or ceramic heater. Additionally, an automatic hydraulic screen changing system is included to produce cleaner and higher quality particles.

Loading System:

 

The material is fed to the extrusion system of the Zhangjiagang Greenlandplast Machinery Co., Ltd through either a screw feeder or a belt conveyor. For added convenience, the belt conveyor can be equipped with an optional metal detector, ensuring the highest level of quality control.

 

Quantitative Feeding System

 

• The feeding speed is controlled by an inverter, allowing for adaptation to different material properties and ensuring the extruder operates smoothly.


• Equipped with a sensor device, the feeding system synchronizes with the loading system to enable intelligent automatic feeding.


• When the material is full, the feeding system stops feeding, and it automatically loads when the material is not full.

Extrusion System

 

• The screw barrel of the extruder is specially designed for plastic recycling pelletizing. It is made of 38CrMoAl material with nitrided treatment, and the surface of the screw is sprayed with an alloy wear-resistant layer. The barrel is equipped with an exhaust section.


• The extruder is equipped with a vacuum exhaust, ensuring high output, excellent dehydration and exhaust effect, and wear resistance.


• The heating system adopts either a cast aluminum heater or a ceramic heater. Each heating zone has an independent intelligent temperature control system and is equipped with forced air cooling. This allows for convenient and accurate temperature control, resulting in superior pellet quality.

Screen Change Filter System
