The Greenlandplast High Speed Plastic Mixing Machine is a versatile unit designed for various plastic processing needs. It is ideal for batching, mixing, drying, coloring, and other processes involved in PVC pipe profile production, color masterbatch production, PVC modified granulation, and wood-plastic compounding granulation.

 

This high speed mixing machine features a self-friction and electric heating function, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. The lid is sealed with two channels, controlled pneumatically for easy open and close. The paddle has been treated with dynamic balance, ensuring smooth and uniform mixing. Additionally, the paddle and mixer body parts that come into contact with the raw material are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is mirror polished for enhanced durability and hygiene.

 

For added convenience, the feeding system of this machine can be customized to include a vacuum feeding system, in addition to the traditional screw feeding mode.
