The Greenlandplast HDPE LDPE Agricultural Film Recycling Washing Line is a high-quality plastic film recycling machine designed for English-speaking natives. It is specifically used for crushing, washing, and recycling waste HDPE/LDPE/PP film, bags, and woven bags.
This production line includes various components such as a conveyor, crushing system with water, rinsing system, high-speed friction washing system, dewatering system, drying system, and collection and packaging systems.
To enhance the dewatering rate and improve customer economic benefits, the drying part can be equipped with the latest film squeezing compactor machine or film squeezing dryer. This eliminates the need for a separate dewatering and electric heating system, resulting in reduced power consumption.
The production line scheme can be customized according to the pollution state of the customer's raw material and the quality requirements of the finished product.
