• Consists of an extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, spray cooling tank, tractor, cutting machine, turning frame, etc.


• Extruder and tractor equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation for precise control.


• Hauling machine offers various modes including two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, ten-claw, etc., depending on pipe specifications.


• Cutter options include saw blade cutting, chipless cutting, or planetary cutting.


• Cutting machine utilizes PLC control for accurate fixed length cutting.


• For 16-110mm pipe customers, a winder/coiling machine is available for convenient pipe packaging.
