The HDPE Plastic Waste Washing Plant LDPE Waste Plastic Washing Machine, manufactured by Zhangjiagang Greenlandplast Machinery Co., Ltd, is a highly efficient production line designed for recycling waste HDPE/LDPE/PP bottles, drums, and pallets.
This production line includes a conveyor system, a crushing unit with water, a rinsing system, a high-speed friction washing system, a dewatering system, a drying system, and a collection and packaging system.
To enhance the crushing process and increase the overall output of the production line, a single shaft shredder or a double-shaft shredder can be optionally installed before the crusher.
The production line scheme can be customized according to the pollution state of the customer's raw material and the quality requirements of the finished product.
