Characteristics of parallel twin screw extruder machine:

1. The barrel and screw of the parallel twin screw extruder are designed and manufactured using the principle of building blocks. According to the requirements of the processing material system and process formula, its aspect ratio, barrel structure, screw arrangement, mesh changing structure, exhaust quantity and position, feeding method, electrical control method, etc. can be optimized and reasonably configured to achieve multifunctional and versatile processing of polymer materials.


2. New deceleration distribution transmission system, high torque design, high-precision gear processing, imported main bearings, reasonable immersion lubrication combined with forced lubrication device for key parts, and interlocking protection device to ensure reliable and stable operation of the host.


3. Fully utilize the limited space to design the latest involute spline structure core shaft, ensuring maximum bearing capacity and achieving high torque transmission.


4. The screw element adopting Computer-aided design is meshing conjugate type, providing excellent self-cleaning function and good interchangeability. Its specifications include conveyor blocks, mixing blocks, kneading blocks, countercurrent blocks, and toothed discs, allowing for transportation, plasticization, shearing, dispersion, homogenization, exhaust, and pressure building of materials during the processing of polymer materials.
