The Greenlandplast High Speed PVC Mixing Machine PVC Mixer is a versatile unit designed for various plastic processing needs. It is ideal for batching, mixing, drying, coloring, and other processes involved in PVC pipe and profile production, as well as the preparation of color masterbatch production, PVC modified granulation, and wood-plastic compounding granulation.
This high-speed mixer features self-friction and electric heating capabilities, ensuring efficient and thorough mixing. The lid is sealed with two channels, allowing for easy pneumatic control of opening and closing. The paddle has been treated with dynamic balance, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, parts of the paddle and mixer body that come into contact with raw materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is mirror polished for enhanced durability and hygiene.
For added convenience, the feeding system of this mixer can be customized to include a vacuum feeding system, in addition to the traditional screw feeding mode.
